Separate curiosity from intent
A watchlist gets noisy when every interesting item lands in the same bucket. Keep serious buy targets separate from skins you are only studying.
This makes alerts easier to trust. When a serious target triggers, you already know why it matters.
Write down the trigger
For every watched item, define the actual trigger: price, ROI, float, sticker value, pattern, seed, or liquidity.
A clear trigger reduces hesitation. It also helps you review past decisions and improve your filters over time.
Use different alert types
Not every watchlist item needs the same urgency. Some deserve Discord DMs. Others can stay as dashboard-only alerts for later review.
High-profit, high-liquidity targets should be faster. Study-only items can be quieter so they do not crowd out better opportunities.
Prune stale ideas
Markets shift. If an item loses demand or no longer has a realistic resale path, remove it or lower its priority.
A smaller watchlist with clear intent usually beats a huge list that you stop trusting.
